Parking: A disabled parking space is available in the church carpark near the flat access gate. (Brunker Road side)
Enter the carpark via Brunker Road, in either direction, and exit via Glebe Road.
Ample parking is available in the vicinity of the church.
Note: There are steps from the gate which opens directly off Brunker Road.
Access ramp: There is flat access from the Uniting Church carpark, through a gate, as well as ramp access to the entrance foyer.
The facilities (including disabled toilet) are located at the back of the entrance foyer.

Christ Church Cathedral

An access ramp is situated on the harbour-side of the Cathedral. The door from the ramp will be opened before each concert.
Parking: There is a disabled parking space at the western end of the Cathedral.
The facilities (including disabled toilet) are located inside the Cathedral through the archway on the southern side of the Nave Altar.
Hearing Loop: The Cathedral has a hearing loop which covers the front six pews on the south side of the Cathedral. Switch hearing aid to ‘T’ setting to benefit.
Harold Lobb Concert Hall – Newcastle Conservatorium

Harold Lobb Concert Hall in Newcastle Conservatorium is easily accessible via bus or light rail (Civic stop) and serviced by a handy parking station, and on-street parking in the vicinity.
General parking: On street metered parking is available in the area. There is a 24/7 parking station at Hunter Parking and Storage, 291 King Street. Access and payment are via number plate recognition and entry. Parking for 2-3 hours, for example, is $13.
Accessible Parking and transport:
There is a 5 minute drop off zone in Laman Street at the Auckland Street corner, near the venue entrance. Accessible Parking spaces can be found at the following locations:
Auckland Street between Gibson Street and King Street
Corner of King Street and Burwood Street (near Crystalbrook Kingsley Hotel)
End of Burwood Street towards Newcastle Court House
Auckland Street (between Hunter Street and King Street)
Spaces are also provided in the carpark behind Newcastle Library accessed via Queen Street.

Public Transport: There are accessible public transport options in Newcastle, including light rail. Further information regarding accessible public transport can be found here.
All trains terminate at Newcastle Interchange (Wickham). The Newcastle Light Rail will take you directly from Newcastle Interchange to Civic stop (the second stop after the Interchange), which is right in front of the Civic Theatre. The service leaves about every 15 mins. Walk through the open square next to the Civic Theatre to King Street, turn right and walk to the next corner, Auckland Street. The Conservatorium and Concert Hall are at the top of Auckland Street, up a short incline, to your left.
Buses, including 11 and 13, turn onto King Street from Auckland Street and there is a stop at City Hall.
Wheelchair Access: The entire venue is wheelchair accessible. The Harold Lobb Concert Hall can be accessed via a ramp to the left once you enter the venue foyer. There are a limited number of wheelchair spaces, and these can be booked through Civic Theatre Ticketing. More seats are accessible with a single step for those with limited mobility. There is also an accessible toilet in the venue.

Assistance dogs are welcome at all festival events and venues.
Assistance for people who are vision impaired: Volunteers will be on hand and can lend assistance if needed.
